Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every booking with Veera Ventures to be fair for both sides. This policy explains cancellations, reschedules and refunds.

Cancellation by you

• More than 15 days before the shoot: full refund of the advance.
• 7–15 days before the shoot: 50% of the advance is refunded.
• Less than 7 days before the shoot: the advance is non-refundable, as the date is blocked.
• Once editing has begun, amounts paid for completed work are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once, free of charge, if you inform us at least 7 days before the shoot and the new date is available within 6 months.

Cancellation by us

If we cannot deliver the service due to illness, equipment failure or any unforeseeable event, we will arrange a replacement crew, offer a new date, or refund 100% of what you have paid.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. UPI and bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank.
