Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all video production services provided by Veera Ventures, a proprietorship registered as a micro enterprise under UDYAM-UP-27-0076305.

Bookings

• A date is confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
• Quoted prices are starting prices and may change with location, duration and crew size.
• Travel and accommodation outside Firozabad district may be charged separately.

Payments

• An advance of 30% is payable at booking; the balance is due before final delivery.
• Payments may be made by UPI, bank transfer or an online payment link we share.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Delivery

Standard delivery is 5–10 working days after the shoot, depending on the package. Final files are delivered online. Two rounds of revisions are included; further revisions may be billed.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate schedules, venue access and any required permissions.
• Ensure any third-party material you supply is cleared for use.

Usage rights

On full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered videos for personal or business promotion. Veera Ventures retains copyright in the raw footage and the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Liability

In case of equipment failure, illness or force majeure, we will offer a replacement date or a refund of the advance. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh.
